Hi, I’m Makayla and I really love music. The reasons why I love music is because I’m in my own world. There has been stressful times where certain songs help me cope. One of my favorite artist would be 2pac. One of my favorite 2pac songs is “California Love”,because it reminds me so much of California.When i was younger , me and my parents we would go to LA so many times . We would go to the amusement parks , we would eat In N Out which is one of the best places there , but one thing I loved the most about it was going to the beach.

Another one of my favorite artist would be Mac Miller. My favorite song from Mac Miller would be “Self Care”, because in the video hes in a coffin and hes carving his feelings into the roof of the coffin, calmly using a pocket knife to write “Memento Mori” and its Latin for “remember that you have to die” on the wood,and then punching through the words and come out in a pile of dirt. When I heard “Self Care” for the first time I found out that my Uncle had committed suicide later on that day, so every time I listen to the song it reminds me to appreciate what i have until it is gone.
